Alloy Refurbishment

A five-day practical programme designed for people who want a structured introduction to professional alloy wheel refurbishment. The course follows the refurbishment journey from initial wheel assessment and preparation through repair preparation, refinishing, quality control and the workflow needed to produce a consistent professional result.

Powder Coating

1 day£595 + VAT

A focused one-day specialist course covering the practical principles behind powder coating alloy wheels. The programme is designed for learners who already understand the importance of preparation and now want to develop a more controlled approach to powder application, curing, finish consistency and fault diagnosis.

MACHINE-SPECIFIC CNC TRAINING

CNC Diamond Cutting

2 days£1,150 + VAT

A two-day machine-specific programme for technicians who want practical training in CNC diamond cutting for alloy wheels. The course focuses on assessment, machine setup, wheel positioning, establishing a reliable reference, profile/cut planning, controlled machining, finish inspection and understanding when a wheel should not be cut again.
