A five-day practical programme designed for people who want a structured introduction to professional alloy wheel refurbishment. The course follows the refurbishment journey from initial wheel assessment and preparation through repair preparation, refinishing, quality control and the workflow needed to produce a consistent professional result.

Stage 1 is the foundation of the Royale Alloys Training Academy. It is designed to help learners understand not only how a refurbishment is completed, but why each stage matters. The focus is on repeatable preparation, controlled working methods, finish quality, recognising when a wheel needs a different specialist process, and developing the judgement needed to approach customer work professionally.
